JL LUXE REMODELING & CARPENTRY LLC is not currently a licensed Florida contractor. We only accept cosmetic, minor, non-structural work after confirming that no license or permit is required under applicable rules. Improvements may include painting, furniture, cabinets, interior flooring, minor drywall patches, baseboards, trim, caulking, hardware, and decorative accessories that do not connect to water, drains, gas, or electricity. We do not offer plumbing, electrical, roofing, waterproofing, wall removal, structural alterations, or other regulated work. If an item requires disconnecting, altering, or reconnecting a water supply or drain, the customer must hire an appropriately licensed plumber directly.
